Shiprock Speaks Enlightens
Original four skateboard decks hand painted hand drawn free hand in acrylics and pen and ink. All four skates are all one wall hanging piece using 4 natural wood 7 ply maple construction skateboard decks. Shiprock Speaks Enlightens represents the beauty and energy under the stars and the seasonal sun and moons of Shiprock in New Mexico, it is a direct connection to my Navajo Culture The piece was part of the Heard Museum's in Phoenix AZ exhibition of the art and legacy of Hawaiian Surfing in 2023.
